Try Colosan. I have used both the capsules and the powder. The capsules are easier to handle if you have a hard time keeping things down. This stuff will clean out your bowels. You can work yourself up on the dosage slowly.

I did my first liver cleanse last weekend - lots of sludge and "grean peas" were the result. A colonic would a good folow-up after the cleanse.

As to the drug use - we all have bad habits. Mine include cigarettes and coffee. The urge lessens as you get yourself fushed out.
