Yes however you do not want to drink anything with in 2 hours of your apt. If you bladder is full you can not except as much water during you treatment. Its helpful to often breath as if you trying to make your belly a balloon. Everytime I do that I amazed at what comes out. I am totally laxative dependant and have had 3 session and Im sold. Drink lots of water but cut it off at least two hours before. Try to cut down your salts and chew your food down as much as possible. I seen the results of my fast eating and half of my issue is I dont chew my food down enough to pass. Also I have heard some people dont see results for up to 5 sessions. Good luck
