I read some really good thing about Dr. Shulzes vitality pack. You should get that and double up on the nutrition part. Then do his bowel cleanses, liver cleanses, and kidney cleanses. I don't have anything major wrong with me but thats what I am going to do. I also recommend getting a gym membership and lifting weights. That works wonders in the body.
