Glad i can be of help cdermatitis.
I find that applying the coconut oil after my shower at
night is enough i don't need to put any on in the morning,
all i do is just give my face a little splash and thats it.
i found that useing normal virgin coconut oil mad my skin break out in little
red pimples on my nose and it left mu skin looking blotchy but the cocozone is much better. i never break out with it. what i like about it is
it has a much ligther consistency and goes on the skin more smoothly, it also smells a lot stronger than normal coconut oil, more theraputic.
One of the reasons your skin has become more oily is because you have dried it out to much with the B soda. the skin will secrete lots of oil if it is too dry to protect and repair the barrier. i think the less we overwash our face the more balanced the skin oil will be and thus less sebum production. thats why i prefer moisturizing with c oil because your telling your face it has enough oil on it don't produce anymore, well that the therory anyway lol. best of luck with the c/oil.
