OMG, I have stumbled upon the exact same find! My SD is 100 times worse than yours. My SD became worse from using topical steroids. I've tried EVERYTHING. I am far beyond apple cider vinegar help...

On a whim, I bought a bunch of ORANGES from the store. I wasn't even thinking about my SD at the time. Within 24 hours, I noticed a profound change in my skin. I wracked my brain thinking what I did, applied, etc. It was eating ORANGES.

I also suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis . I eat very healthfully and work out every day. I take a million supplements but, what has significantly reduced my pain is eating ORANGES.
