I am not sure he heated the seeds. The seeds are heated to reduce stomach problems.

My one concern with you is that you insist on taking a prophetic medicine your way. Now if you want the intense healing of black seeds take it with raw honey or orange juice only. The prophetic was is with honey.

If you choose to do it your way, you may not have optimum healing.
