Yes, I used the cream for 4 months until this Jan. The first day on it (but only the first day) I felt like my normal energy filled self again! After that, it mostly helped me sleep better but I didn't see any big improvement. The gyn. wanted me to take it a YEAR without any testing.

At the 4th month I started getting the serious GI problems I always got on the Pill. And I grew facial hair. :(

It took 2 months off the cream for my GI to go back to normal. Hair still there. Blond at least!

My hormone test a year ago was clear I was in estrogen dominance, but this gyn. said if I "won't" take the cream there is nothing she can do about it.

I guess I should look into the oral progestin but I DON'T want synthetic this time! Or ever! Hopefully our local Dr. of alternative medicine can recommend something because I guess I am ready to try again.

Good luck ladies! I think maybe it takes something different for all of us. I wish you all a short search.
