Vitamin C, E, Magnesium(aspartate or citrate), Zinc and EFA's(fish or flax oil). Do nothing until you can get DMSA and you can use that. Or you can do nothing until 3 months post removal and just add ALA then. There's not much you can do for the next 3 months besides take the basic supps I listed above.
