Jax, Thanks so much. Yes, I used to take the chlorophyll years back and it did nothing for me after about a month. I prefer to get my chlorophyll from the actual plants in green drinks, etc.

You are right, I was taking MGoxide to start and it only helped a little. The second week I switched. I am hesitant to try MgCl though. In the oil form it is very expensive and I am sensitive to Cl/Br etc. in general.

Good luck. Are you trying anything right now that's new?
