Here's a checklist for supporting your adrenals -
Natural Vitamin C - best herbs are Amla berries/powder or Acerola Cherry powder (start at whatever dosage you'd prefer, but 1 Tablespoon of either seems like a good starting place to me). All foods that are high in natural Vitamin C - guava, dried lychee, bell peppers, cayenne, kiwi, parsley, kale, and of course citrus.
Naturalal B5 - BEE POLLEN (and jam-packed with AWESOME levels of protein & nutrition).
Herbal support - Ashwangandha (or course), but other adaptogenic herbs are also good - particularly Eleuthero (used to be called Siberian Ginseng), Licorice, Gotu Kola, Mullein, and some like Nettle (but it can be a diuretic, and that's not something you likely need right now at all). We've got Dr. Christopher's Adrenal Support Tincture in the Storefront - it contains Organic Mullein leaf, Eleuthero, Gotu Kola, Lobelia, Hawthorn berry, Ginger root. I really like the Hawthorn & Cayenne in this formula to support the heart - so many times with adrenal stress we see heart palpitations and just plain exhaustion. I think it's important to support the heart & circulation when healing.

>>>I should add that I read recently that a diet high in calcium is needed to correct adrenal fatigue...Could it be that my body is crying out for calcium, perhaps?<<<
Most of us are very short in assimilable calcium...all pasteurized dairy and white Sugar rob our body of calcium. However, I doubt a simple calcium shortage could be responsible for the more complex issue of adrenal fatigue.
If you'd like to give calcium supplmentation a try (with a calcium source that will NOT disrupt the body's normal balance further, I suggest the Herbal Calcium Tincture that's on our Product List. It may give you some level of relief...if it doesn't, it won't hurt a thing!

Answers & thoughts/thinks :) Re: Question regarding Cycle [Unyquity]

(about Plantain)
>>>Catalpol
Catalpol has many functions including stimulating production of adrenal cortical hormones, which increase the production of sex hormones and stimulation of the production of adrenal gland androgens. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is implicated in wound healing. <<<
So the plantain implant stimulated the production of adrenal gland androgens...which lowered cortisol? or had some similar effect. I also see a couple of blurbs about plantain +adrenal/pituitary - I don't have time to connect the dots (but I'm glad I've found the dots for connecting :)
Whowouldathunkit? (certainly NOT me!) Now we know - no plantain implants with adrenal issues.

I certainly hope someone informed you that Hydrocortisone is brutally addictive, and it stops your adrenals from working. Hence one must wean off of it VERY slowly, because your adrenals that were simply "stressed" or "exhausted" before, are now virtually non-functioning

+ EDIT Re: WOOHOO!!! Congratulations! [Unyquity]
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1593196#i
(remember, your adrenals sit on top of your kidneys...and anything that stresses your kidneys WILL stress your adrenals. Guess what stresses the kidneys? yep, ES. In fact, all magnesium supplements are contraindicated when the kidneys are compromised). Also, those with adrenal issues are likely to have an electrolyte imbalance - when we take ES, water is drawn from the bloodstream into the intestinal tract (hence the side-effect of "butt pee)...and this actions ALWAYS throws off the electrolyte imbalance (which can worsen symptoms of adrenal stress). So do your best to stay away from the Epsom Salts - you'll feel much better if you don't whack your adrenals with a chemical hammer.

I have reversed adrenal exhaustion/stress twice. Both times it was so severe that my pupils became unreactive to a flashlight in the bathroom mirror, my hair was falling out by the handfuls daily, I become SO hyper-reactive that there were a couple of times I actually threw myself onto the floor screaming, kicking and crying (over very inconsequential issues) - it can return when I'm under stress (and not getting exercise, being outside and doing my barefooting to release the EMFS from sitting at this monitor 16 hours a day), but stress is the major cause of adrenal fatigue - so that's not a 'program' issue, it's a self-discipline issue.
Re: Great Stuff! Couple of Questions [Unyquity]
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1389344#i
The problem is with 'detoxing' and the adrenals (as I understand it) is that stressing the kidneys with all the poisons & toxins going into the bloodstream, naturally disrupts the adrenals further. For those of us with adrenal issues (past & present), we MUST ensure when liver flushing, that we rapidly remove all released liver debris from the intestines, so it doesn't reabsorb.

Thinks & thoughts (and recommendations) Re: Chronic Fatigue! [Unyquity]
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1601641#i
The logical concept of using only natural foods & herbs to heal our natural body (combined with the understanding that not one system or organ of the body 'stands alone') goes back to Hippocrates...probably earlier. This last century, the works of Dr. Richard Schulze & Dr. John R. Christopher were 100% natural (as were many of their teachers) - Dr. Max Gerson (and William Donald Kelley) also used primarily natural methods (but they both used various isolated substances, too). So what I've done is combined the most 'natural of the natural', and we all do our best to 'upgrade & enhance' to make up for a far more toxic planet than any of these great healers dealt with while in practice.
