Step 1.
Aprox. 40 mins after a meal, I take several large bites of a Red and Delicious apple and savor it.

Step 2.
Next, I take an empty gelatin capsule(size 00) and fill 1/2 with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .

Step 3.
Then I take a 50/50 citric acid solution and fill the remainder of the capsule.

Step 4.
"Firmly place the cap and shake.

Step 5.
After around 5 seconds, I swallow the capsule with lots of water(1 very tall glass). <- this is vital

Step 6.
Then I enjoy the remainder of the apple and resume my regular activities.

And there you have it!

....apples contain a good amount of vitamin c, especially the peel.
Vitamin C is supposed to make mms ineffective!!!
