Everyone in my family uses Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to rinse, every day... we are all fine and love it. the enamel scares are a myth... 10 drop solution activated,in a BIG glass of water, we use for a couple days, then make a new one... teeth and moufth completely clean... with the internet scares we stopped using it a while ago, but we've been doing it for years now... it's fine for us!
