Find out more about intestinal yeast (candida) overgrowth. Intestinal yeast overgrows in the presence of heavy metals (for reasons I'm not completely clear about). Feeding the yeast causes all kinds of problems, so you need to stop feeding it. Find typically described yeast symptoms and see if it makes sense compared with your own.

I suggest you start with a strict anti-yeast diet. It's a difficult diet to follow, but it's probable that many of your health and emotional troubles stem from mercury and yeast. It was my experience that many of the "heavy metal symptoms" I experienced were actually yeast symptoms (insomnia, for example).

I followed the anti-yeast diet very strictly, and my worst symptoms went away within a week (as long as I followed the diet strictly). You can find information on the diet many places on the web. It is in essence an almost 0 carb diet. It's a meat and most vegetables diet.

A good yeast killer and probiotics will help if your system can handle them.

Definitely make chelating your next priority since yeast trouble probably won't go away until the metals are cleaned from your body (make sure you replace any silver fillings you have before you begin). If you can handle chelating without the diet, I recommend it. The diet is mainly good for controlling symptoms.

Chelating took 6 months to help me feel better.

I also suggest you cut down on the supplements to only the essentials to help with the above since over-supplementation could be adding to your problems not helping with them.
