Its not the cream its the oral form. I take it all month low dose. I hear the progon B has hardly no side effects, or is what I read everywhere. The only one is that it can cause sleepiness and then just suggests to use less and will rule out the problem. My naturopath is watching me closely and has me on a low dose. Its to help with the crash at period time, cause I was good all month except at ovulation, had a bit of anxiety and then lots before and during period. I hear it helps alot and so much better then any synthetic progesterone.

I suggest any ladies out there suffering and the doctors won't help, find a good naturopath, they are extremely good.
Cause my doc doesn't think its hormones, where as my naturopath is certain it is. She has given me tools for my road to recovery which makes me feel relieved that I am not fighting this alone.

Wamam keep me posted on how you do on it when you start back. I guess you will only be doing the cream after ovulation until period? Hope your feeling better!!
