Oh I think that is similar to Borage oil. I am already taking 1000 mg fish oil and 1000mg borage oil three times daily for inflammation. I read about it in the book "Win The War Within" by Floyd Chilton. It does work to keep inflammation down, but you have to continuously keep taking the oil. And it manages the inflammation which is a symptom.

I think the black seed oil might have also been mentioned in the book, but he said Borage Oil has the highest GLA which is what helps the inflammation. He also said that you should not take GLA without EPA because the EPA prevents the GLA from being converted to AA in the liver which can actually backfire and further increase inflammation.

Thank you for your help though. Do you receive profit from that book being sold on that website?
