just to keep you guys in the loop managed to get some KI 500g
so will be able to knock up some SSKI soon. also got the iodoral to try. i plan to try the SSKI first and was wondering what would be a good lowish dose to start off at? given my horrid detox on the Lugols 15% 2 drops.
can i expect detox on SSKI ? or is there a difference to lugols.
also thanks all for the advice previously in this post i picked up some ascobic acid powder instead of just vit c tabs and its certainly works better for me, easier to take and get up around the 3g mark per day. ive found the Iodine effect rolls on for over a week and as mentioned before it can be tough if you slack on the salt and vit c supps....they dont call us newbys for nothing...keep on keeping on x
