Went to the naturopath today, she put me on Progon B which is a Natural plant base progesterone. Have any of you ladies tried this??? My naturopath is guaranteed that my hormones are unbalanced. We are letting another 2 cycles go by before testing the hormones to see if they can re-adjust on their own. Anyways just wondering if you girls had heard about it or even tried it... I will let keep you posted if it works... Should relieve some of the anxiety around period time... Hope so...
