Haa interesting story Hanna. I ordered my mom some black cumin caps from The Kitchen Doctor, which I have now banned and on the bottle it said "Take with food 3 times a day." Daaa

I plainly told my mom to take the caps on an empty stomach before breakfast and before sleeping. My mom worried that the company knew more than me followed the bottle directions and sure enough got very, very sick.

I contacted the company to see if there was a history of problems and the company blocked my email after a very smart reply.

Sure enough I got my mom to go back on the pills and follow my directions and she got well and is taking the caps daily now.

Morale of the story.

1. Never buy anything from The Kitchen Doctor
2. Always research a supplement before taking.

and #3 listen to your daughter when she knows more.
