I used it early in my career, and there have been other people on the forum who have also used it. Each drop delivers 1.8 mg iodine, so ultimately it comes down to the amount of iodine you want to take. If you want to stay in the lower ranges, Iosol can be okay if it suits your body. Comparison dosing would be 1 Iodoral 12.5 mg = 2 drops Lugol's 5% = 5 drops Lugol's 2% = 7 drops Iosol.
