I only dry fast for max. 24 hours. I always have much lovelier skin and eyes by morning. I am a believer that daily dry fasting from 4pm til morning, and weekly 24 hour is easy and doesn't ever make me more than a slight phlemmy feeling at the back of my throat. I just love the deep sleep I experience.
