Sara....I've had second thoughts about sprouting the Nigella Sativa seeds...they're just too small for me to deal with.
I'm not well....having chronic Sciatic Nerve pain. I find that not eating gives me the most relief. That's why a long Fast may allow my Body to heal.
I've decided to blend the Black Seeds in my blender, along with some Royal Honey....if I can find it. I also add a little Fruit, and a bag of Greens.
I've already purchased the Black Seeds, and should be getting them in a few days.
When I get up-to-speed, I'll post my results at your Black Seed forum.....WY
