No. The prophetic way to use it is with honey in the right hand and licked up with your tongue. Or should I say the seeds and the honey mixed together.

Like many we use the oil which is easier and you will see my power mixture in the book. If you want total wellness you can use the royal honey which is expensive, but if money is a consideration then just use the raw honey.

I will be interested in seeing the sprouting effect. I do not see how they could be effected in any way though. So good luck.

If you can sprout these I will post your experiment on the black seed forum, you know I am the mod there.
