Barbi....I'm on page 13 of your 43 page eBook on Nigella Sativa. I'm going to buy some online to try. I would like to take it by first sprouting the seeds, then using it by blending the sprouts in a Green Smoothie with my high-speed Vitamix blender.
Have you ever heard of anyone taking it this way?.....WY
