Have you tried SWFs? I don't like the idea of enemas either; that's why i do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning after the flush. It goes straight through you but bowels should be empty when you do it. Works perfectly for me. Salt water flushes are the way to go!

Though i have to add that the taste of salt water is just horrid. The good thing is that the OO/juice mix is a piece of cake after SWFs.
