You may try oil pulling for discolorization and also alkalizing your mouth before you go to sleep at night. Once I had gone through a period of using baking soda every day to brush my teeth. I guess I was doing it too hard. I discovered I had brushed off enamel on a spot on my front tooth. I was horrified because the commercial on TV say you can't get it back. Well enamel can grow back. I happened to have a tube of remineralizing toothpaste my Mom had given me. I use the toothpaste and a month later I looked at my tooth and it was fine. It was as if nothing had every happened to it.
