I did it myself....used the women's stuff...permanent color...the men stuff was crap...but it is just nasty stuff!! Plus harder for a guy since hair is shorter so you have to do it more.....I was shocked when I finally buzzed all my hair and it came in almost all gray....I started going gray in my 20's. Funny thing is I can detect dye jobs on men on TV a mile away!! LOL Mine always looked natural...just brown
