Hi angie. I can so relate to what you are saying. My PMDD scares me so badly sometimes.I too have had a bad week have messed up relationships AGAIN. medication is not working. I wish I had the answer for you, but i don't. I know its the last thing you want to hear and I'm saying this to myself. Exercizing figorously seems to help. but who can exercizes when you are depressed stressed and fatiqued. please write back maybe mutual support will help.
