If the hot dog meant meat to you, and that's what you're led to, then great. However, when I think hot dog, I think of juicy, squishy fat and brain cells dancing with pleasure. And when I think of congested liver, I think bile-flow problems, which complicates digestion of fat. But protein will help heal your liver, so your impulse may be spot on. :)
