After reading this, I became more aware of the time and effort that goes into getting educated on health and healing - all the intricacies etc. (not to mention helping people like me with all my questions).

James I am so thankful for you. I have been on this health search for about 10 years going from doctor to doctor, "expert" to "expert", and yet not healing from adrenal fatigue and other ailments. Each person knew only one or two pieces of the puzzle but couldn't help me enough because they didn't have all the pieces. Yet I can't be too hard on these folks because I did the same thing when I would learn new things - quick to share without having all the knowledge. So I appreciate your warning of the dangers of doing that.

I am so grateful for the time you take out of your daily life to help here on the forum. And thanks for explaining all of this.
