Ok- I am 48 and have just stopped dying my hair about 6 months ago. I have been given beautiful and thick dark brown (almost black) hair. However I now have about 25% grey in the back which is fine but the front is about 50% grey and patchy.

I know this is so vain but I broke down last month and just touched up the front around my face. I really feel like and addict when it comes to hair dye. My hubby claims I will look good no matter what I do.

I have worked very hard to heal myself in the last 3 yrs. You can click on my avatar to see what I have done. I know how damaging and toxic hair dye is but am really having a hard time with this.

Has anyone had any success with henna? Or any encouragement to just embrace the grey and move on for heavens sake.
