What I was referring to above was the fact that I was nto getting even the RDA amount of vitamins and minerals on my anticandida diet. To determine this I used the nutrition database at the USDA website. I set up an Excel spreadsheet and collectedthe vitamin/mineral information on eachfood I ate and summed it up by nutrient adn compared to the RDA.

But, as far as testing goes I do the following.

Vitamin A, D, ferritin, zinc, copper : by blood through OHIP
magnesium: saliva through intracellular diagnostics
activated B vitamins: through Biolab in the UK

I'm sure there are many others but those are the ones I know of.

I show persistent vitamin A and ferritin deficiency.
