4 years! Ouch. Getting a copy of his book has been on my to-do list for some time - you just made it a priority.

From an article about Dr. Brownstein:

I would describe myself as one of the more sensitive patients. My theory is that my adrenal fatigue makes me particularly sensitive to metabolic stimulants. Whenever I push for higher dosages it ends up burning me out - like I've had too much coffee. That being said, I do think I am capable of tolerating higher doses and will continue walking that razor's edge of increasing the dose without getting overwhelmed with detox symptoms.

Have you ever tried the Magnascent personally? Would be curious to know your experience in comparing it to Iodoral. Magnascent doesn't make it explicit on their website but if you look in the FAQ section they state that you may try a 1/2 ounce or 1 ounce bottle with a 30 day money back guarantee.

In order to help expedite Bromide detox I have stopped consuming all seafoods, all nuts, brominated flour etc.
For Fluoride no tea, gelatin, fluoridated water & toothpastes...
