Just be clear, I totally support you doing whatever works for you. That is bottomline regardless of what else I might say.

If your detox symptoms lessen you may consider raising you dose whether with magnescent or with SSKI or Iodoral. The reason I mention this is the time to balance the other halides may be a very long time.

Brownstein mentions in his book that he got his best results with clients when he started getting to 12.5mg Iodoral and above.

He personally took 50mg of Iodoral for 4 years before his bromide level dropped to a low level and he monitored it regularly.
