2. Primarily I felt very wired and jittery on the Iodoral along with intense headaches and joint pain.
3. I can take Magnascent and go right to sleep. I often take it in the middle of the night. I still get all the detox symptoms but they are more tolerable and I feel more mellow and relaxed about it. 6 drops per day of 2% means I am only consuming 2.4 mg of Iodine. At that dosage I experience the Iodine benefits along with the detox symptoms that would require a much higher dosage of Iodoral - making it more efficient.
