dont get me wrong, ANY Iodine is better than none.

the deal on KI is that the body can handle it much easier than elemental iodine. 150mg of KI satisfies all the tissues than need iodine(which is all of them), not just the thyroid. IF elemental is then needed, it wont take much to do the job. magnets and/or magnetised nascent make all of it work better, even plain SSKI .
