Firstly thanks for the input from both of you, its strange i'd been thinking before i read your replys that a strong detox simply highlights the need for Iodine so i'm with you there.
i think i will pick up some iodoral asap and give that a go too as its a bit easier to dose accurately, the dropper in my Lugols bottle is rubbish. my 17 year old daughter started the Lugols pretty well same time as me at 2 drops and has had zero issues with detox. so it looks like i'm the one brominated to the max but to be expected at 49 i suppose.
ive been trying salt in the UK called solo its sodium reduced and added potassium 41% each, plus 17% Magnesium.
so just to get this KI thing straight...you need to take that in advance of the lugols? and up to 150mg/day before starting with lugols?
if thats the case then i will get some also.
