Hehe, yeah, I'm pretty sure you're right. The magnesium should be here tomorrow, then I can finally start working my way out of this hell.

I seem pretty good on my salt levels now because saltiness makes it worse at this point, but I'm thinking potassium is now an issue. I read that magnesium regulates/processes sodium and potassium. You think I should try a little of that potassium chloride salt along with the magnesium?
