Hi, Just a quick question, Im on day 8 of water fast, I noticed yesterday that I had random bruises on my legs and more today. this exact thing happened to me in my first water fast, by day 11 my legs were covered in bruises and I know it wasn't from anything like hurting my self because I was in bed all the time. does any one know why this happens? I know Iv always had low iron, the DR told me this years ago and prescribed me iron pills, I don't take them because they give me stomach pains, could low iron be the cause? the bruising doesn't happen randomly when Im not fasting but I do usually bruise easily if I hurt my self or even if someone squeezes me too hard
