Hey Brandon,
I am really impressed & positive regarding the natural cure you have suggested i.e. the Mate. I live in Mumbai,India. I have been suffering from ulcerative colitis since 8 months.Currently I am on medications - I take Mesacol & Becozinc(multi-vitamin pill).But colitis relapses now & then - although it is not as severe as it was before - so it's not working effectively I suppose.
Could you tell me with how much quantity i should start with(Mate) & whether i should have it with breakfast,lunch or dinner?
Btw where can I get Mate in Mumbai,India?
