I keep a gallon of water on hand with 1 ounce of willard water in it. It's sold as a concentrate.

We drink this at our house during hot weather, and it seems to keep us cooler. I also give it to my cats, and they have stop being bad, aggressive boys. I also use it to water my plants, and they are doing amazingly well.

I'm new to it, for about 2 weeks now, so I can't comment on health benefits, but I got it specifically because of the waters ability to boost an organism's assimilation of nutrients. And it contains sulfated castor oil, and magnesium sulfate. I figured it was a bigger bang for my Epsom Salts .

Coincidentally, my husband is doing his flush tonight, with exactly the same protocol. We shall see if he has the same results, but so far, he's experiencing the exact same effect as I did last night.
