you're right the ES was crappy, but definetly NOT worse then say..20 oz. of mega mass 1000 weight gainer with whole milk

now THAT sludge is disgusting!
as far as the OO/GF goes..wow, it was actually NOT bad at all!
i used a gormet organic cold pressed Extra virgin olive oil and it was ..pretty good actually...of course i only sampled it at two table spoons with half a cup of OO, so i can assume that a cup of the stuff may make me queesy..

but the taste wasn't bad at all...
