p.s the binge was 3 slices of pizza and a lot of garlic bread for one meal...not extended amounts f time, but it did happen twice> another time I had a egg salad sandwich, and another time I had a brie tomatoes sandwich...I consider these binges because they are bad for you food and I could have ate loads of it but tried to control my self lol (aside from the garlic bread, I went in on that day)
