Though I have never tried it or heard of it, I don't see how this castor oil method is any less "harmonious" than the liver flush. I certainly didn't feel harmonious during my first Liver Flush when I was puking into the toilet. Nor do I feel harmonious immediately after liver flushing, sometimes I feel very toxic and very emotional.
