interesting article, but my question remains un answered, Im not concerned with how much I will lose I just wanted to know WHY it slows down after a week and if it was because our metabolism slows down or something to do with the ketosis process, if the former, is it permanent? any info you could give me? because if its permanent I will stop my fast at 7 days to prevent a slower metabolism in the long run
