If you check out Bee WIlder diet plan her idea is 60-70% good fats 20-30% good protein 10%carbs. She also has a all meat and fat diet which is mostly fat and some protein.

The problem with systemic fungal candida is that it takes so damn long to get rid of because it can cover so much area in the intestines. 30 ft and then some(+ the mass area). If someone has had fungal candida(left untreated) for a while it could take a long time to eradicate it. I dont think there is any quick fix or quick cure because some people can be dealing with too much at one time. We can only rid of so much candida every day because of the miserable toxins it can stir up in our body.

One thing to try to figure out is how to manage the die-off syptoms day -to-day without going crazy. You can do vitamin C flushes and betonite clay da da da. But those have side effects too when used "everday". Just seems like there is no fast or easy way to quickly eradicate this crap.

Sucks when I have to take a week off of work just so i can try to get to the next level with this crap. Going to experiment with breaking down the chitinase of candida(cell wall) and then trying to flush the toxins out with vitamin C flushes. Experiment with my colon hydrotherapist to hold some anti-fungal enemas and then flush the toxins out when it feels uncomfortable. Do a 2 hr session of holding anti-fungal enemas and flushing. Try to a least get most of it out of my colon. Maybe ill experiment with a turpentine enema and a try a oat groat/kefir enema.
