much depends on that seventh day--
ideally, a "seventh" day is a day of rest ; truly -- but a "rest" from a Water Fast for one day could be the reverse:
a sort of gorge.

but if it really were a very mild 'break', well, that could be wonderful. But what would that mean?
Givenyou speak of an "obese" person, that suggests
a break from denial of food (?perhaps), and a chance
to eat. No judgement meant, but I'm not at all sure
that's a good plan. (as Sun has explained) Interestingly, one day of *fasting* in a week of eating
CAN be a huge rest.

that might be something to look into -- a juice fast say,
and then a day of minor eating....
...

Can you give a sense of what you'd spend a day seven eating?
or rather, what you'd eat on day seven od such a plan?
