Soccermom haha thats funny being that I am 20 year old dude, but ok. It is such a myth on how much protein we need. Also I can tell you clearly have no knowledge of nutrition, because you can get protein from virtually any food source, just like you can get glucose from any source. Look up NatureLove, hes a guy who only eats vegetables and is ripped as anything.

All I proposed at the beginning was that we reconsider the current "candida" diet, because no other healing diet includes high amounts of meat.
