I have had dry eyes for years....not burning though
mostly shows up when I sleep.
although I had to stop wearing contact in HS because I didn't produce enough tears.......

I have to imagine this is a similar process to sweating, needing Iodine to sweat that is


and reading that I also realize often when I first start eating, I get almost like a cramp in my salivary gland......hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
