YOU DONT NEED MEAT FOR PROTEIN! AND I NEVER SAID RAW FOOD! also i dont have time to find research. Research doesn't mean much to me because its contradicted every 10 years anyway. What resonates with me is success stories and my own personal experience, what works in the real world. The fact is that I have never seen or heard anyone heal on a high cooked meat diet. Even the candida diet contradicts itself. It is impossible to starve out candida from its food source

What one must do, and this is not easy is return the body to a state where the candida is not in fungal form and where the candida has no dead tissues to feed on. This is achieved from nutrition and eliminating toxins/toxic things from your life.
