Please back up every claim you just wrote with some evidence. Not to be rude but I'm really sick of talking to people who are super gung ho about raw foods. I believe its really healthy yes, but it's not a cureall. And before I go on, I have been on a completely raw foods diet for a few months before I realized I wasn't getting anywhere. I'm not making the claim that its worse than a zero carb diet, I'm merely saying that's what it was like for me.
In terms of candida, it's no rocket Science to know that Sugar is a main source of nutrition and food for yeast, you learn that in grade school.
But on the topic of cooked meats vs raw meats, if you have any interesting literature that suggests that cooked meats are harmful, I'd like to read it. with an open mind. If you're argument however is that people were not designed to eat meat period, then I will not have that discussion cause I've educated myself too much on that topic and been thru too many internet debates to venture into that. Man was designed to eat meat and needs meat. The method of cook vs raw may be up for argument though. Protein is a basic building structure of life and carbs ain't going to do it. Carbs are fuel, proteins are building blocks. You can't use the fuel if you don't have the components to build things like cell enzymes, DNA, RNA, etc.
